1. No Returns or Exchanges

All our perfumes are hand-prepared and made with strict hygiene standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.


2. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
After your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refunds
