International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to offer it soon.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with India’s most reliable courier services — Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and Bluedart — to ensure your perfumes are delivered securely and on time.
3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: Usually delivers within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery, please contact our customer care team. Additional charges may apply depending on your location and order size.
5. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will apply at checkout.

Expedited shipping charges will be shared upon request, based on delivery location.
6. Handling Charges
We do not charge any handling fees. The amount displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s website or app using this number.
8. Delivery Time
While we aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days, delivery may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

If you experience any issues — such as delayed delivery, incorrect items, or damaged products — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
