I ordered from Devoré for the first time as a gift for someone, and it turned into the most humiliating experience. Instead of the product, I received a literal brick inside the box.
The delivery guy handed the package to my sister in a rush, grabbed the OTP, and sprinted off. On the very same day, I provided Devoré with full unboxing video proof showing the brick. Here is how they "handled" it:
